Two local groups will discuss how they pivoted to meet the ever-changing logistical challenges of organizing volunteers during a pandemic.

KAB discusses findings from two national cigarette butt litter studies. One explores the effectiveness ash receptacles versus a public awareness campaign to reduce butt litter. The second study examines the impact of smoking bans on cigarette butt litter, analyzes smoking ban ordinances, and highlights case studies.
