Alyse Richard Latiolais has joined Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson as counsel.

Her primary practice is focused on administrative law, representing licensing boards and state and local agencies in administrative proceedings and court.

Latiolais most recently served as in-house counsel to the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she represented the institution on matters such as academic research, cooperative endeavors, real estate, housing, insurance, student discipline, employment and disability accommodations.

Rodrigo Diaz has been named director of the LSU AgCenter’s Center for Research Excellence for the Study of Invasive Species.

Diaz is an LSU AgCenter entomologist whose research has focused on the study of invasive species impact on managed and natural ecosystems.

The center has collaborators at LSU, Southern University and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

He earned a bachelor's in agriculture from Zamorano University in Honduras, a master's in entomology from Texas A&M University and a doctorate in entomology from the University of Florida.

Ashley Del Buono has been hired as sales manager for The Windsor Court.

Del Buono worked in sales for The Roosevelt Hotel and BBC Destination Management. Most recently, she served as events and sponsorships coordinator at the Terra Bella Institute.

Zimmerer has more than 20 years of experience in the utility industry. Most recently, she was vice president of power delivery portfolio and project development at Entergy.
