A fast-growing national Korean barbecue and hot pot restaurant said it will open a Ïã¸ÛÁùºÍ¿ª½±ÀúÊ·¼Ç¼ restaurant in the former Joe's Crab Shack location.

KPot Korean BBQ and Hot Pot has a sign on the restaurant at 7620 Andrea Drive, near the Siegen Lane-Interstate 10 intersection. The chain applied for a permit in November to remodel the 6,700 square foot building.

KPot offers all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue and hot pot. Customers choose from a variety of meats and vegetables that they can either grill at their table or drop into a pot of simmering soup. Items on the menu include sliced beef, pork and chicken, fish balls, tofu, mushrooms, shrimp and noodles.

According to a Yelp review of the San Antonio, Texas, location, all you can eat barbecue or hot pot costs $22 per person for a weekday lunch or $33 for weeknight dinners and on the weekend. For $5 more, customers can get both unlimited barbecue and hot pot.

The chain opened in 2018 in New York and now has more 50 locations, mainly along the East Coast. KPot recently expanded into Texas, with restaurants in Houston, Austin and San Antonio. According to the KPot website, dozens of locations are in the works nationwide, including one in Lafayette at 3605 Ambassador Caffery Parkway, in an old Tuesday morning space.
